Are your website designs mobile friendly?
When we create a website for you a mobile friendly version shall always be included in the package unless you state against this. Websites designed by us will be compatible on all devices.
When are payments made?
For Web Design projects which are priced under £5000, we will normally ask for a deposit which is often 25% of the full price . Anything above this price we will require 15%. The full payment will be required upon completion of your site once you are 100% satisfied. For digital marketing services, payments will likely be taken out monthly through a direct debit.
Do I need hosting?
Yes, hosting is required - it's like renting space on the internet. Hosting fees are normally £20 - £100 a month depending on the complexity of your site.
